Sunbelt Roleplay was founded on the ideology of ensuring our leaders maintain a member-driven approach towards their duties. At it's core, Sunbelt expects that those placed into supervisor or leadership roles always embody our community beliefs, ensure all members feel welcome, and ensuring everyone who comes into Sunbelt consistently conducts themselves within our mission.
Sunbelt operates differently than most FiveM roleplay communities in that Community Staff Team is separate than our department leadership. This allows our Community Staff Team to operate with a unique focus of engaging with Sunbelt Citizens and Visitors, hosting and promoting community events, enforcing Community Rules and Regulations, and more. Department Leadership (Supervisors+) now has the ability to focus their energy and time towards engaging with their employees, completing their assigned duties, enforcing their department procedures, and being active in-game.
The following structures outline our departments that do not serve in an in-game roleplay fashion and exist to support Sunbelt Roleplay's existence. The Community Management Team, Community Leadership Team, and Community Staff Team are organized in a fashion that outlines their overall structure of authority.
The Community Management Team is an executive-level team that is tasked with leading Sunbelt Roleplay.

The Community Staff Team is assigned with a multitude of Sunbelt Roleplay quality-of-life and enforcement related tasks. Members are appointed by the Department Head and the Leadership Team.
