SECTION 1 - MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS

1.01 Minimum Guidelines Introduction

Sunbelt Roleplay requires that all prospective applicants meet a minimum standard before being eligible to apply to join the community. Sunbelt Roleplay enforces all minimum standards and provides zero exceptions. Applicants or Members who were deceptive to evade minimum standards will be immediately removed without exception.

1.02 Minimum Requirements for Membership

Sunbelt Roleplay Applicants shall meet the requirements listed below before being eligible to apply for membership.

1. Must be at least 17+ years of age.

2. Must possess a quality internet connection, computer, and microphone.

   1. The quality should be enough not to interfere with or inhibit the roleplay experiences of other Members.

3. Must be able to read and write in English unassisted and without handicap.

   1. Sunbelt Roleplay does not accommodate individuals who feel they have impediments to completing the written application or onboarding.

4. Must be mature and professional, agreeing to abide by all guidelines and expectations.

5. Must have a legal copy of Grand Theft Auto (GTAV).

1.03 Visitor and Applicant Behavior

Sunbelt Roleplay’s Community Rules and Regulations cover the behaviors of all Community Members. The guidelines below outline the expectations of Visitors and Applicants while utilizing and existing within the public-facing sections of Sunbelt Roleplay services.

1. Users shall conduct themselves professionally, respectfully, and maturely.

2. All content posted shall be no more than PG-13 and free of nudity, racism, and/or other common vulgarities.

3. Users are expected to utilize the #visitor-help channel and create an appropriate ticket to communicate with an internal division within Sunbelt Roleplay.

   1. Users shall ensure they reasonably search Discord for relevant questions/concerns and relevant responses before opening a ticket or asking.

   2. Our Moderation Team and Recruitment Team are here to support users but are volunteers. Response times may vary based on time of day, current activities, and other unforeseen reasons. Because of this, users are expected to be patient.

4. The Sunbelt Roleplay Community Management and Leadership Team has the final say in all matters within Sunbelt Roleplay services.

SECTION 2 - APPLICATION/ONBOARDING PROCESS INSIGHT

2.01 Application Submission

Prospective applicants will initiate the process by submitting a Sunbelt Citizenship Application (SCA). The SCA is a multi-step application that is completed via Discord for ease. It will gather information about the applicant, their experience, gain an idea for their roleplay abilities, and automatically submit it to our Recruitment Team. RT Supervisors and RT Officers review all applications received within 24-72 hours at maximum.

All application responses will be automatically sent to the applicant’s Discord direct messages. Applicants must ensure they leave their Discord direct messages OPEN, or else they will not receive a response. Approved applications will move to an onboarding process hosted by an RT Officer. Users who receive a denial notification must wait seven (7) days before attempting to reapply. Because of the volume of applications received and the structure of our system, denial reasons are not automatically provided. Users can open a #visitor-help ticket to inquire.

Sunbelt Roleplay is structured as an all-civilian community. This means applicants join the community and automatically start as Citizen Recruits and will always retain a civilian status throughout their membership within the community.

2.02 Onboarding Process

Upon receipt of an approved application, users will be automatically given roles to view our Awaiting Onboarding section. To complete their onboarding into the community, users are expected to attend an onboarding session hosted by an RT Officer. This process takes an average of 15-30 minutes. Applicants will then be promoted to a Citizen Recruit.

Applicants have a maximum of 30 days to conduct Applicant Onboarding. Failure to complete that will result in roles being removed and the applicant will be required to reapply.

2.03 Becoming a Public Safety Employee

Citizen Recruits are not eligible to join a public safety agency. To get promoted, Citizen Recruits must pass their self-hosted Civilian Basic Training. More information will be provided during the onboarding process. Citizen Recruits who pass the examination will be promoted to Registered Citizens.

Registered Citizens gain access to Sunbelt Discords and become eligible to apply for public safety agencies.
